Session Agreement / Rules
At AR Photography, we are committed to dedicating our full attention and effort to your session. Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction with the final images and to make your photography experience enjoyable. To facilitate a smooth session, we kindly request that our clients adhere to the guidelines provided below.
Sessions:
**We kindly request that you arrive at the scheduled time for your session. Should any issues arise, do not hesitate to reach out to us, as we are committed to ensuring that your session proceeds without any disruptions. **Portrait sessions are designed for a single subject; any additional subjects will incur extra charges.
**Sessions accommodating between 4 to 7 subjects are classified as Small Group sessions and will also attract additional fees.
**For sessions involving 8 to 12 subjects, they are categorized as Large Group sessions, which will similarly be subject to extra costs.
**Mini Sessions are promotional events that will be publicized and are not available for purchase as standard photo sessions. Please refer to our social media platforms or reach out to us for information regarding available or upcoming Mini Sessions.
Wardrobe Changes:
**There is no additional fee for wardrobe changes on sessions of 2 hours or more; however, we kindly request that these changes be made promptly to ensure the session time is not exceeded. Clients are responsible for arranging their own wardrobe changes.
**Any wardrobe changes made during sessions lasting less than two hours will incur an additional fee for each change.
** If the session takes place at a venue with a designated time slot, it is imperative that any wardrobe changes are executed promptly to prevent exceeding the allotted time and incurring extra charges from the venue. Should the venue impose additional fees for exceeding the scheduled time, the client will be held accountable for these costs.
Venue Sessions:
**If a location charges a fee, the client will be responsible for paying the associated costs. AR Photography is more than willing to assist in securing the location. The location fee will be incorporated into the total price of the selected package, If the client wishes to organize the arrangements, there will be no supplementary fees. We only kindly request that clients finalize their arrangements promptly to ensure the location is available and aligns with their scheduled session with AR Photography.
**It is important to understand that when a session is arranged with a venue, we adhere to the venue's timetable. We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure the session commences punctually. Should there be any additional charges incurred due to delays caused by clients, the client will be liable for these extra fees.
Payment / Cancelations / No Shows:
**A Retainer Fee of 50% of the chosen package is required and is non-refundable; this will secure your appointment. The outstanding balance must be paid prior to the release of the final images.
**Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance; if a cancellation occurs within the 72-hour window, the Retainer Fee payment will be forfeited. A new session will need to be organized, and the complete payment is expected to be submitted at the time of booking.
**Should you neglect to appear for your scheduled session without informing us in advance, the session will be regarded as a no-show, and the retainer will be relinquished. A new session will need to be organized, and the complete payment is expected to be submitted at the time of booking.

Weather:
**Ideal outdoor conditions for a photography session are not always guaranteed. Cancellations or rescheduling due to weather will be accepted only when conditions threaten the safety of clients, the photographer, or the equipment, particularly in cases of severe wind or rain. AR Photography is devoted to ensuring that you have a remarkable photography experience. In the event of inclement weather, participants may cancel or reschedule their sessions without any repercussions, and a complete refund will be provided for outdoor sessions.
Post-production:
**The completed images will be provided to the client as soon as possible; however, it is essential to acknowledge that the post-production phase demands considerable attention to detail. At AR Photography, we are dedicated to guaranteeing that the final images fulfill your highest expectations.
**We kindly request that you refrain from making any additional edits or alterations to the final images created by AR Photography without permission. By signing below, you are also acknowledging your understanding and acceptance of the photography style and editing techniques employed by AR Photography
**AR Photography will retain all photographs for a period of one year from the date of the session, allowing for any subsequent purchases during that time.
